We are a young and dynamic team with several years of experience in the market. Our area of expertise is Vila Nova de Gaia, where we manage several properties.

Initial Preparation

Everything you need to start earning from your property.

Legal and safety compliance preparation, apartment registration, and support throughout the process with the local authorities.

Photo shoot (carried out by a professional with a portfolio featured by Turismo de Portugal).
Advice and support in the purchase and assembly of furniture and decoration.
Services

Full Management

Available only in the Vila Nova de Gaia area

OUR FULL MANAGEMENT INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING SERVICES

  • Management of bookings and calendars (using a channel manager for automatic synchronisation to avoid overbookings);
  • Guest communication;
  • In-person check-in and check-out service;
  • Welcome basket and farewell gift at check-out;
  • Cleaning and laundry service;
  • Restocking of essentials (shampoo, shower gel, cleaning products);
  • Maintenance: inspection, reporting, and presentation of solutions;
  • Access to an online platform where you can check updated reservations;
  • Monthly activity reports;
  • Dynamic pricing management (within limits agreed with the owner);
  • Communication with SEF (Foreigners and Borders Service);
  • Communication and payment of tourist tax;
  • Guest support:
    • Suggestions for local tours (to be freely enjoyed by guests);
    • Recommendations for city activities (cruises, museum or monument visits, and more);
  • Partnerships / Services:
    • Breakfast, transfer, private chef, shopping service, babysitting… see more.
  • Guest invoicing.
